What to Do If Your Piercing Is Irritated
If your piercing is irritated, contact the shop or the piercer who performed the piercing. If we pierced you, please visit the shop, and we will be happy to examine and assist you.
Jewelry Used in Our Shop
We offer a wide range of body-safe, genuine, solid 14K-18K yellow, white, and rose gold jewelry. We also use implant-grade ASTM F-136 titanium. We do not use mystery metal, gold-filled, plated, or sterling silver body jewelry. Our jewelry has a lifetime warranty covering breaks and malfunctions, excluding loss or theft.
Bringing Your Own Jewelry
We do not allow jewelry from unknown sources. We cannot verify the quality or be responsible for your jewelry.
When to Downsize Your Jewelry
Generally, downsizing should occur approximately 6-8 weeks after the piercing. Please always consult with your piercer to figure out the best time to downsize.
Use of Piercing Guns
We do not use piercing guns as they are unhygienic and dangerous. Piercing guns can cause significant tissue damage, referred to medically as “blunt force trauma,” which can result in pain, swelling, scarring, and potentially severe tissue disfigurement (auricular chondritis).
